Ramila Randle Pickney is a consistent leader who takes a diligent approach to helping clients reach their goals of attracting and retaining clients as well as mobilizing strategic planning initiatives. For the past 15 years, Ramila has worked as an Executive Assistant ranging from the medical, business, and the social service industries, supporting organizations in the transactions of their daily operations.
Ramila was able to leverage her versatile skills and knowledge of serving as the backbone of operations while handling a wide range of administrative tasks to pivot her into Real Estate as a Transaction Coordinator. In this role, she has been able to help Real Estate professionals identify areas for process improvement, maintain industry compliance standards, develop sustainable solutions for process improvement, and increase operational efficiency in the transaction process.
